第六条
A special permanent resident who intends to make the request under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the New Regulation may make the request even before the Effective Date.
新規則第五条第一項の申出をしようとする特別永住者は、施行日前においても、その申出をすることができる。
The request referred to in the preceding paragraph must be made together with an application under the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act (including an application deemed to be an application under the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act) or an application under the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) or Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Former Alien Registration Act that is deemed to be an application under the provisions of Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act on the effective date of the Amending Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 29, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act.
前項の申出は、改正法附則第二十七条第一項の規定による申請（同条第四項の規定により同条第一項の規定による申請とみなされる申請を含む。）又は改正法附則第二十九条第二項の規定により改正法施行日において同条第一項の規定による申請とみなされる旧外国人登録法第三条第一項若しくは第七条第一項の規定による申請と併せて行わなければならない。
