The certification referred to in Article 31, paragraph (1) ceases to be effective upon the expiration of the period unless it is renewed every five years.
第三十一条第一項の認定は、五年ごとにその更新を受けなければ、その期間の経過によって、その効力を失う。
The provisions of Article 31, paragraphs (1) and (3) and the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the renewal of the certification referred to in the preceding paragraph.
