Article 13 · Commissioning of Registration of Dissolution of the Organization for Technical Intern Training, etc.第十三条（外国人技能実習機構の解散の登記の嘱託等）

Where the Organization for Technical Intern Training (meaning the Organization for Technical Intern Training prescribed in Article 57 of the Act on Proper Technical Intern Training and Protection of Technical Intern Trainees (Act No. 89 of 2016; hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Intern Training Act") prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 2 of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Act on Proper Technical Intern Training and Protection of Technical Intern Trainees (hereinafter referred to as the "amending Act")) is dissolved pursuant to the provisions of Article 15, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act, the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare must, without delay, commission the registry office to register its dissolution.
出入国管理及び難民認定法及び外国人の技能実習の適正な実施及び技能実習生の保護に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（以下「改正法」という。）附則第十五条第四項の規定により外国人技能実習機構（改正法第二条の規定による改正前の外国人の技能実習の適正な実施及び技能実習生の保護に関する法律（平成二十八年法律第八十九号。以下「技能実習法」という。）第五十七条に規定する外国人技能実習機構をいう。）が解散したときは、法務大臣及び厚生労働大臣は、遅滞なく、その解散の登記を登記所に嘱託しなければならない。

When the registrar has registered the dissolution commissioned pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the registrar must close the registration record thereof.
登記官は、前項の規定による嘱託に係る解散の登記をしたときは、その登記記録を閉鎖しなければならない。
