第五条（聴聞の特例に関する経過措置）
Until the day preceding the effective date of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Basic Act on the Formation of a Digital Society, etc. to Promote Regulatory Reform for the Formation of a Digital Society (Act No. 63 of 2023), the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (3) do not apply.
