In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 87 of 1992, a solicitation of an offer to acquire as defined in Article 2, paragraph (3) of this Act as Article 15 of that Act amended it (under its former title (証券取引法)), or a solicitation of an offer to sell or to buy.

小規模介護老人福祉施設（しょうきぼかいごろうじんふくししせつ）

みなし認可取引所持株会社（みなしにんかとりひきじょもちかぶがいしゃ）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 65 of 2006, a person that held an authorization under Article 106-10, paragraph (1) or the proviso to paragraph (3) of this Act as it stood before Act No. 65 of 2006 amended it, under its former title (証券取引法) when that Act came into effect, and that Article 111 of those supplementary provisions therefore treats as holding the same authorization under this Act as Act No. 65 of 2006 amended it.

短期所有に係る土地の譲渡等（たんきしょゆうにかかるとちのじょうととう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 23 of 1998, a transfer, etc. of land held for a short term as Article 63, paragraph (1) of this Act as amended by that Act refers to it, other than a transfer, etc. of land held for a very short term (超短期所有に係る土地の譲渡等).

平成三十年新租税特別措置法（へいせいさんじゅうねんしんそぜいとくべつそちほう）

In Article 15, paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 17 of 1996, the amount of capital gain (譲渡利益金額) under Article 63-2, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before that Act from a transfer, etc. of land held for a super-short period (土地の譲渡等) a corporation made before 1 January 1996, including amounts counted as gross profit under Article 62-3, paragraph (9) as applied by Article 63-2, paragraph (4) for that transfer.

旧法の前三年以内の繰越所得税額控除限度超過額（きゅうほうのぜんさんねんいないのくりこししょとくぜいがくこうじょげんどちょうかがく）

In the wording Article 17, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 10 of 1993 gives Article 68-2 of this Act as amended by that Act, the carried-over excess over the income tax credit limit within the preceding three years (前三年以内の繰越所得税額控除限度超過額) as referred to in Article 68-2, paragraph (1), item (ii) of this Act as it stood before Act No. 10 of 1993.

This Act as it stood before Act No. 31 of 2011 amended it.

新法許可（しんぽうきょか）

In Article 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 21 of 2018, a permit (許可) under Article 3 of the Secondhand Goods Business Act as amended by that Act, from the Public Safety Commission (公安委員会) with jurisdiction over where the main place of business (営業所) or secondhand goods market (古物市場) is.
