In Article 47 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 47 of 2024, the reform roadmap toward building a social security system for all generations (全世代型社会保障構築を目指す改革の道筋) that the Cabinet decided on 22 December 2023.

In Article 10 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 2 of 2017, a single building as referred to in Article 73-2, paragraph 4 of the Local Tax Act as it stood before Article 1 of that Act amended it, including annexed buildings made common parts (共用部分) under Article 4, paragraph 2 of the Act on Building Unit Ownership.

経過期間（けいかきかん）

In Article 62 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 82 of 2011, for a corporation's business year that began before 1 April 2012 and ends on or after it, the part of that year from 1 April 2012 to its end, used with the earlier part (従前期間) to work out the number of beef cattle (肉用牛) the special taxation of income from beef cattle sales (Article 67-3) covers in that year.

設置許可（せっちきょか）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 4 of 2022, the permission under Article 8, paragraph (1) or Article 15, paragraph (1) of the Act on Waste Management and Public Cleaning held by an individual or corporation for which the former reserve for specified final waste disposal sites (特定廃棄物最終処分場) continues in effect.

報奨金等（ほうしょうきんとう）

In Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則), the monetary incentive (報奨金) of its paragraph (3) and the special monetary incentive for home-based workers with disabilities (在宅就業障害者特例報奨金) of its paragraph (4), which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may pay, for the time being, to employers regularly employing 100 or fewer workers.
