有限責任事業組合契約
In Article 96-2, paragraph (1), item (iv), a limited liability partnership agreement as defined in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, by which a limited liability partnership is formed.
みなし個人番号カード
In Article 4, the Individual Number Card (個人番号カード) that a specified residence card (特定在留カード) is deemed to be, as if issued under Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures, under Article 18-5, paragraph (9) of that Act.
A transfer by expropriation or exchange, etc. (収用交換等) as referred to in Article 33-4, paragraph (1), and other transfers a Cabinet Order (政令) sets.
他資産との交換の場合
The case where an individual exchanges an asset transferred by exchange (交換譲渡資産) for an asset other than an asset acquired by exchange (交換取得資産) and receives an exchange balancing payment (交換差金), in which Article 36-5 treats only the part matching the payment as transferred.

The case where documents attached to the final return of another group tax sharing corporation (通算法人) for another applicable business year, filed after the due date (期限後申告書), state an amount as a pre-aggregation loss (通算前欠損金額).
An asset subject to adjustment of gain or loss on transfer (譲渡損益調整資産, as defined in Article 61-11, paragraph (1) of the Corporation Tax Act) held by the transferee corporation (譲受法人) under paragraph (2) of that Article after a domestic corporation had paragraph (1) of that Article applied to its gain on transferring the asset, as used in Article 65, paragraph (11).

In Article 8, paragraph (5) and Article 9, paragraph (4), the community-based integrated care system as defined in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Promotion of Comprehensive Securing of Medical and Long-Term Care in Communities (Act No. 64 of 1989): a system, suited to local circumstances, that comprehensively secures medical care, long-term care, the prevention of a need for long-term care or support (介護予防), housing and support for independent daily life, so that elderly people can, as far as possible, lead independent daily lives according to their abilities in the communities they are used to.
標準報酬総額の見込額
An insurer's total standard remuneration (標準報酬総額) for the fiscal year as estimated in the way a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) provides.
In Article 125, paragraph (3) and Article 125-2, paragraph (1), the projects suited to the physical and mental characteristics of elderly people that municipalities (市町村) carry out under Article 82, paragraph (5) of the National Health Insurance Act, which an Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older (後期高齢者医療広域連合) is to carry out together with its health services for the elderly (高齢者保健事業).
An alien registration certificate (外国人登録証明書) under the Alien Registration Act as it stood before Article 4 of the 2009 Act (Act No. 79 of 2009) abolished it, which Article 28, paragraph (1) of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則) treats as a special permanent resident certificate (特別永住者証明書).

In Article 63, paragraph (1), a tax payment grace period (納税の猶予) granted under Article 46 because of a disaster, theft, illness or injury, or something similar; the delinquent tax (延滞税) for that period is waived in full.
合併による解散等の場合
For enterprise tax (事業税), the case where a domestic corporation ceases, before the end of the special application year (申請特例年度), to have a full controlling interest (完全支配関係) with the parent corporation (親法人) because it is dissolved by a merger or its residual assets are determined; its business year then ends on the day before it ceased to have that interest.
電気通信利用役務の提供
A supply of telecommunications services as defined in Article 2, paragraph 1, item 8-3 of the Consumption Tax Act — a service supplied over telecommunications lines (電気通信回線), such as providing copyrighted works, other than relaying others' communications or a service incidental to another transaction — made in Japan by a foreign business operator (国外事業者), other than one for business customers (事業者向け電気通信利用役務の提供), as Article 72-80-3 of the Local Tax Act uses the term.

An authorized financial instruments firms association as Article 2, paragraph (13) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act defines it: a body established under Chapter IV, Section 1, Subsection 1 of that Act; here, one that registers shares for over-the-counter trading, publishing their prices and information on their issuers under its rules.
