A person who violates the provisions of Article 63-31, paragraph (1) or (2) (including cases where these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article), Article 74, paragraph (1) or (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article) or Article 93 is subject to imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than five hundred thousand yen.
