The Prime Minister delegates authority under this Act (excluding that specified by Cabinet Order) to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency.
内閣総理大臣は、この法律による権限（政令で定めるものを除く。）を金融庁長官に委任する。
The Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency may, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, delegate part of the authority that has been delegated to the commissioner pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph to the Director-Generals of Local Finance Bureaus or Local Finance Branch Bureaus.
金融庁長官は、政令で定めるところにより、前項の規定により委任された権限の一部を財務局長又は財務支局長に委任することができる。
