The procedures for a notification under Article 16, paragraph (3) of the new Act, an approval of business rules under Article 17, paragraph (1) of the new Act, and an approval of a business plan and a budget of revenue and expenditure under Article 20, paragraph (1) of the new Act may be carried out even before the day of the enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions.
