第百十四条
With regard to the application of the provisions of the Act on Special Accounts after the amendment by Article 136 of the Supplementary Provisions, concerning the costs required for the benefit that is, pursuant to the provision of Article 112, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, to be governed by the provisions then in force, the phrase "costs of services for the promotion of social rehabilitation, etc." in Article 99, paragraph (1), item (ii), sub-item (a) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "costs of services for the promotion of social rehabilitation, etc. (including the costs required for a business that pays the benefit that is, pursuant to the provision of Article 112, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007), to be governed by the provisions then in force)".
附則第百十二条第二項の規定によりなお従前の例によるものとされた給付金に要する費用に関する附則第百三十六条の規定による改正後の特別会計に関する法律の規定の適用については、同法第九十九条第一項第二号イ中「社会復帰促進等事業費」とあるのは、「社会復帰促進等事業費（雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号）附則第百十二条第二項の規定によりなお従前の例によるものとされた給付金を支給する事業に要する費用を含む。）」とする。
