Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2015; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、平成二十七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provision in Article 1 revising Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, and the provisions of Article 4, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 14 and Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation
第一条中次世代育成支援対策推進法附則第二条第一項の改正規定並びに附則第四条第一項及び第二項、第十四条並びに第十九条の規定 公布の日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Review
第二条（検討）
The government is to, with five years after this Act comes into effect as a target, review the provisions of the respective laws as amended by this Act, taking into consideration the state of their enforcement and other conditions, and if it finds it necessary, take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律の規定について、その施行の状況等を勘案しつつ検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 19Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十九条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
