Insurance premiums collected by Municipalities and other monies collected pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall constitute revenue specified by law as set forth in Article 231-3, paragraph (3) of the Local Autonomy Act.
市町村が徴収する保険料その他この法律の規定による徴収金は、地方自治法第二百三十一条の三第三項に規定する法律で定める歳入とする。
