An insured person who is domiciled within the area of one Municipality in order to attend school and who would, if said person did not so attend school, be found to belong to the same household as another person who is domiciled within the area of another Municipality shall be deemed, for the purpose of the application of this Act, to be domiciled within the area of the other Municipality and to belong to said household.
修学のため一の市町村の区域内に住所を有する被保険者であつて、修学していないとすれば他の市町村の区域内に住所を有する他人と同一の世帯に属するものと認められるものは、この法律の適用については、当該他の市町村の区域内に住所を有するものとみなし、かつ、当該世帯に属するものとみなす。
