Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Medical Practitioners' Act
第七条（医師法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Dispositions such as designations and other acts made, before the item (ii) Effective Date, pursuant to the provisions of Article 16-2, paragraph (1) of the Medical Practitioners' Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 5 (hereinafter referred to in this Article and paragraph (2) of the following Article as the "item (ii) former Medical Practitioners' Act") (hereinafter referred to in this Article as a "disposition or other act"), and applications for designation and other acts being made pursuant to the provisions of the item (ii) former Medical Practitioners' Act at the time of the enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter referred to in this Article as an "application or other act"), for which the person who is to conduct the administrative affairs relating to those acts will differ on the item (ii) Effective Date, are, with regard to the application of the Medical Practitioners' Act as amended by the provisions of Article 5 (hereinafter referred to in this Article and the following Article as the "item (ii) New Medical Practitioners' Act") on or after the item (ii) Effective Date, deemed to be a disposition or other act or an application or other act made pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the item (ii) New Medical Practitioners' Act.
第二号施行日前に第五条の規定による改正前の医師法（以下この条及び次条第二項において「第二号旧医師法」という。）第十六条の二第一項の規定によりされた指定等の処分その他の行為（以下この条において「処分等の行為」という。）又は附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に第二号旧医師法の規定によりされている指定等の申請その他の行為（以下この条において「申請等の行為」という。）で、第二号施行日においてこれらの行為に係る行政事務を行うべき者が異なることとなるものは、第二号施行日以後における第五条の規定による改正後の医師法（以下この条及び次条において「第二号新医師法」という。）の適用については、第二号新医師法の相当規定によりされた処分等の行為又は申請等の行為とみなす。
