Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2019; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、平成三十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Articles 1 and 4, the provisions of the following Article through Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Articles 9 and 15 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation.
the provisions of Articles 3 and 5, and the provisions of Articles 6 through 8, Article 11 and Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2020.
