Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning Registration of Medical Practitioners Who Have Completed Clinical Training
第八条（臨床研修修了医師の登録に係る経過措置）
A person who currently holds a medical practitioner's license at the time of the enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions, and a person who applied for a medical practitioner's license before the enforcement of those provisions and received the license after their enforcement, are deemed, for the purpose of the application of the Medical Care Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 and the Medical Practitioners' Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4, to be persons registered under Article 16-4, paragraph (1) of that Act.
附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に医師免許を受けている者及び当該規定の施行前に医師免許の申請を行った者であって当該規定の施行後に医師免許を受けたものは、第二条の規定による改正後の医療法及び第四条の規定による改正後の医師法の適用については、同法第十六条の四第一項の規定による登録を受けた者とみなす。
