第十五条（調整交付金等に関する経過措置）
In each fiscal year from fiscal year 2015 through fiscal year 2017, in Article 122, paragraph (2) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act, the phrase "Adjusting Subsidies" is deemed to be replaced with "Adjusting Subsidies and the amount granted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the following Article", and the phrase "the same applies in the following paragraph)" with "the same applies in the following paragraph) and the amount of costs required for the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support"; in paragraph (3) of that Article, the phrase "total amount of Adjusting Subsidies" is deemed to be replaced with "total amount of Adjusting Subsidies and the amount granted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the following Article", and the phrase "amount of costs necessary for Long-Term Care Benefits and Prevention Benefits as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article" with "amount of costs necessary for Long-Term Care Benefits and Prevention Benefits as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article and the amount of costs required for the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support".
平成二十七年度から平成二十九年度までの各年度においては、第三号新介護保険法第百二十二条第二項中「調整交付金」とあるのは「調整交付金及び次条第二項の規定に基づき交付する額」と、「同じ。）」とあるのは「同じ。）並びに介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業に要する費用の額」と、同条第三項中「調整交付金の」とあるのは「調整交付金及び次条第二項の規定に基づき交付する額の」と、「費用の額」とあるのは「費用の額並びに介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業に要する費用の額」とする。
In each fiscal year from fiscal year 2015 through fiscal year 2017, the provisions of Article 122-2, paragraph (3) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act do not apply.
平成二十七年度から平成二十九年度までの各年度においては、第三号新介護保険法第百二十二条の二第三項の規定は適用しない。
