Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures concerning Insurance Benefits for Preventive Long-Term Care Service
第十条（介護予防サービスに係る保険給付に関する経過措置）
With regard to insurance benefits under the provisions of the item (iii) Pre-amendment Long-Term Care Insurance Act pertaining to Home-Visit Service for Preventive Long-Term Care prescribed in Article 8-2, paragraph (2) of the item (iii) Pre-amendment Long-Term Care Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as "Home-Visit Service for Preventive Long-Term Care") and Outpatient Preventive Long-Term Care prescribed in paragraph (7) of that Article (hereinafter referred to as "Outpatient Preventive Long-Term Care") that were provided before the item (iii) Effective Date (in the case of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the day following the day specified by the Municipal Ordinance set forth in that paragraph of the Specified Municipality prescribed in that paragraph), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
