第十一条
With regard to insurance benefits under the provisions of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act for an Insured Person who, on the day before the item (iii) Effective Date (in the case of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the day specified by the Municipal Ordinance set forth in that paragraph of the Specified Municipality prescribed in that paragraph), had received Certification of Needed Support prescribed in Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, and for other persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, until the last day of the Effective Period (meaning the Effective Period prescribed in Article 33, paragraph (1) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act) of that Certification of Needed Support or another day specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare within the period until March 31, 2018, the provisions of Article 8-2, paragraph (1), Article 53, paragraphs (1) and (2) and Article 54, paragraph (3) of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act do not apply, and the provisions of Article 8-2, paragraphs (1), (2) and (7), Article 53, paragraphs (1) and (2) and Article 54, paragraph (3) of the item (iii) Pre-amendment Long-Term Care Insurance Act remain in force.
第三号施行日の前日（附則第十四条第一項の場合にあっては、同項に規定する当該特定市町村の同項の条例で定める日）において介護保険法第十九条第一項に規定する要支援認定を受けていた被保険者その他の厚生労働省令で定める者に対する第三号新介護保険法の規定による保険給付については、当該要支援認定の有効期間（介護保険法第三十三条第一項に規定する有効期間をいう。）の末日その他の平成三十年三月三十一日までの間において厚生労働省令で定める日までの間は、第三号新介護保険法第八条の二第一項、第五十三条第一項及び第二項並びに第五十四条第三項の規定は適用せず、第三号旧介護保険法第八条の二第一項、第二項及び第七項、第五十三条第一項及び第二項並びに第五十四条第三項の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
