With regard to a Long-Term Care Support Specialist Certification under Article 69-7, paragraph (1) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act that is in effect at the time of enforcement of the provisions of Article 3 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies hereinafter in this Article), and for which an Effective Period has been specified pursuant to the provisions of Article 69-7, paragraph (3) or (5) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 3, there is to be no specified Effective Period on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in the same item.
第三条の規定（附則第一条第二号に掲げる改正規定に限る。以下この条において同じ。）の施行の際現に効力を有する介護保険法第六十九条の七第一項の介護支援専門員証であって、第三条の規定による改正前の介護保険法第六十九条の七第三項又は第五項の規定により有効期間が定められたものについては、同号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後は、有効期間の定めがないものとする。
