The judicial decision under the provisions of Article 19, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (7) of that Article) cease to be effective when the land leasehold right holder does not transfer the building within six months after the judicial decision has become effective; provided, however, that the period may be extended or shortened by a judicial decision.
