The court may have a person who is qualified to be a party intervene in the proceedings of the cases referred to in Article 41, upon the petition of a party.
裁判所は、当事者の申立てにより、当事者となる資格を有する者を第四十一条の事件の手続に参加させることができる。
The petition referred to in the preceding paragraph must be filed by a document stating the purpose of and reasons for the intervention.
前項の申立ては、その趣旨及び理由を記載した書面でしなければならない。
