Each provision the amendment changes, as it will read: the words it adds are underlined, and a bar marks where it removes words. “Show removed words” strikes those through in place; “Before and after” sets the two wordings side by side. A provision that only moves to another number says the number it had. The Japanese is the law; the icon beside each English column says whose English it is.
The items listed in items (i) through (iii), item (v) and items (viii) through (xi)(xii) of paragraph (1) of Article 44 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 32 of 1972) (for the item listed in item (iii) of that paragraph, excluding the examination of visual acuity and hearing)

This Ministerial Order comes into effect on April 1, 2027.
この省令は、令和九年四月一日から施行する。
A report that has been made pursuant to the provisions of the respective Ministerial Orders prior to amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "former Ministerial Orders" in the following paragraph) at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect is deemed to be a report made pursuant to the provisions of the respective Ministerial Orders as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現にこの省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令（次項において「旧省令」という。）の規定によりされている報告は、この省令による改正後のそれぞれの省令の規定による報告とみなす。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
