Labor and social security attorneys may establish a labor and social security attorney corporation (meaning a corporation established by labor and social security attorneys for the purpose of carrying out the business listed in Article 2, paragraph (1), items (i) through (i)-3, item (ii) and item (iii); the same applies hereinafter) as provided in this Chapter.
社会保険労務士は、この章の定めるところにより、社会保険労務士法人（第二条第一項第一号から第一号の三まで、第二号及び第三号に掲げる業務を行うことを目的として、社会保険労務士が設立した法人をいう。以下同じ。）を設立することができる。
