Article 25-45-2Application Mutatis Mutandis of Provisions on Examination Administration to Representation Business Examination Administration
第二十五条の四十五の二（代理業務試験事務への試験事務に関する規定の準用）
The provisions of Article 25-40 through the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to representation business examination administration. In this case, the phrase "labor and social security attorney examination" in Article 25-41, paragraph (1) is deemed to be replaced with "dispute resolution procedure representation business examination", and the phrase "labor and social security attorney examination examiner" with "dispute resolution procedure representation business examination examiner".
第二十五条の四十から前条までの規定は、代理業務試験事務について準用する。この場合において、第二十五条の四十一第一項中「社会保険労務士試験の」とあるのは「紛争解決手続代理業務試験の」と、「社会保険労務士試験委員」とあるのは「紛争解決手続代理業務試験委員」と読み替えるものとする。
