The Federation has a Qualifications Screening Board.
連合会に、資格審査会を置く。
At the request of the Federation, the Qualifications Screening Board is to conduct the necessary review of refusal of registration under the provisions of Article 14-6, paragraph (1) and cancellation of registration under the provisions of Article 14-9, paragraph (1).
The Qualifications Screening Board is composed of a president and six members.
資格審査会は、会長及び委員六名をもつて組織する。
The president of the Federation serves as the president.
会長は、連合会の会長をもつてこれに充てる。
The president commissions the members, with the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, from among labor and social security attorneys, staff members engaged in administrative affairs of labor or social insurance, and persons with academic knowledge and experience.
委員は、会長が、厚生労働大臣の承認を受けて、社会保険労務士、労働又は社会保険の行政事務に従事する職員及び学識経験者のうちから委嘱する。
The term of office of a member is two years. However, the term of office of a member who fills a vacancy is the remainder of the term of office of the predecessor.
委員の任期は、二年とする。ただし、欠員を生じた場合の補欠の委員の任期は、前任者の残任期間とする。
