Article 14-11-4Cancellation of Annotation of Dispute Resolution Procedure Representation Business
第十四条の十一の四（紛争解決手続代理業務の付記の抹消）
If it becomes clear that a person who has received the annotation of dispute resolution procedure representation business received that annotation by deception or other wrongful means, the Federation must cancel that annotation.
連合会は、紛争解決手続代理業務の付記を受けた者が、偽りその他不正の手段により当該付記を受けたことが判明したときは、当該付記を抹消しなければならない。
The provisions of Article 14-9, paragraph (2) apply mutatis mutandis to the cancellation of an annotation under the preceding paragraph.
