Article 24Enhancement of Measures on the Provision of Information Held by Administrative Organs
第二十四条（行政機関の保有する情報の提供に関する施策の充実）
To comprehensively promote disclosure of information it holds, the government is to endeavor to enhance measures related to the provision of information held by administrative organs in order to ensure that the information held by administrative organs is clarified to the people in a timely and appropriate manner.
政府は、その保有する情報の公開の総合的な推進を図るため、行政機関の保有する情報が適時に、かつ、適切な方法で国民に明らかにされるよう、行政機関の保有する情報の提供に関する施策の充実に努めるものとする。
