If a detainee released pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-54, paragraph (2) fails to appear at the immigration detention center, etc. or the designated place in violation of the provisions of paragraph (3) of the same Article, the detainee is punished with imprisonment for not more than 2 years.
第五十五条の五十四第二項の規定により解放された被収容者が、同条第三項の規定に違反して、入国者収容所等又は指定された場所に出頭しないときは、二年以下の拘禁刑に処する。
