Article 55-79Complaints to the Director of the Immigration Detention Center, etc.
第五十五条の七十九（入国者収容所長等に対する苦情の申出）
A detainee may file a complaint, orally or in writing, with the director of the immigration detention center, etc. concerning measures taken against the detainee by the director of the immigration detention center, etc. or other treatment the detainee has received.
The provisions of Article 55-68, paragraph (2) apply mutatis mutandis to the complaint set forth in the preceding paragraph.
第五十五条の六十八第二項の規定は、前項の苦情の申出について準用する。
When a detainee files an oral complaint set forth in paragraph (1), the director of the immigration detention center, etc. may have an official designated by the director hear its content.
The provisions of Article 55-77, paragraph (3) apply mutatis mutandis where the director of the immigration detention center, etc. has received a complaint set forth in paragraph (1).
第五十五条の七十七第三項の規定は、入国者収容所長等が第一項の苦情の申出を受けた場合について準用する。
