Article 20Matters to Be Stated in the Written Report of Facts to the Minister of Justice
第二十条（法務大臣に対する事実の申告の書面の記載事項）
The document set forth in Article 55-76, paragraph (1) of the Act must state the following matters:
法第五十五条の七十六第一項の書面には、次に掲げる事項を記載しなければならない。
the date on which the notice pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-75, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Act was received.
法第五十五条の七十五第一項又は第二項の規定による通知を受けた年月日
