Article 18Mutatis Mutandis Application of Provisions on Revocation of Status of Residence
第十八条（在留資格の取消の規定の準用）
The provisions of Articles 25-2 through 25-14 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Act apply mutatis mutandis to the procedures for revocation of the status of residence prescribed in Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act. In this case, the phrase "Appended Form No. 37-16 (Appended Form No. 37-17 when the period is designated pursuant to the provisions of the main clause of paragraph (7) of the same Article)" in Article 25-13, paragraph (1) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Act is deemed to be replaced with "Appended Form No. 37-17".
入管法施行規則第二十五条の二から第二十五条の十四までの規定は、改正法附則第二十三条第一項に規定する在留資格の取消しの手続に準用する。この場合において、入管法施行規則第二十五条の十三第一項中「別記第三十七号の十六様式（同条第七項本文の規定により期間を指定する場合にあつては別記第三十七号の十七様式）」とあるのは、「別記第三十七号の十七様式」と読み替えるものとする。
