Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning the Drilling of Land, etc. Conducted for the Purpose of Making a Hot Spring Gush Out
第二条（温泉をゆう出させる目的で行う土地の掘削等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the disposition of permission or non-permission concerning an application for permission for the drilling of land or the additional drilling of a hot spring channel filed under the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) or Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Hot Spring Act prior to its amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the former Act") before this Act comes into effect, for which no disposition of permission or non-permission has been made at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にこの法律による改正前の温泉法（以下「旧法」という。）第三条第一項又は第十一条第一項の規定によりされた土地の掘削又は温泉のゆう出路の増掘の許可の申請であって、この法律の施行の際、許可又は不許可の処分がされていないものについての許可又は不許可の処分については、なお従前の例による。
