A health insurance society or an officer, liquidator or employee of a national health insurance society that is an insurer providing national health insurance as prescribed in Article 154, paragraph (1) who fails to make a report or makes a false report in violation of the provisions of Article 171, paragraph (3) is subject to a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.
