Article 181-2Public Relations and Recommendation of Payment of Insurance Premiums by JHIA
第百八十一条の二（協会による広報及び保険料の納付の勧奨等）
In order to facilitate smooth operation of the health insurance business that JHIA administers, JHIA is to conduct public relations on the significance and content of the business, while appropriately cooperating with the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in recommending the payment of insurance premiums and in conducting other affairs pertaining to the collection of insurance premiums.
協会は、その管掌する健康保険の事業の円滑な運営が図られるよう、当該事業の意義及び内容に関する広報を実施するとともに、保険料の納付の勧奨その他厚生労働大臣の行う保険料の徴収に係る業務に対する適切な協力を行うものとする。
