Article 165Prepaid Insurance Premiums for Insured Persons with Optional and Continued Coverage
第百六十五条（任意継続被保険者の保険料の前納）
An insured person with optional and conditional coverage may prepay insurance premiums for a certain period.
任意継続被保険者は、将来の一定期間の保険料を前納することができる。
The amount of tax to be prepaid in the case of the preceding paragraph is the amount of monthly insurance premiums for the period after deducting the amount specified by Cabinet Order.
前項の場合において前納すべき額は、当該期間の各月の保険料の額から政令で定める額を控除した額とする。
With respect to insurance premiums prepaid pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1), the insurance premium for each month is deemed to have been paid on the first day of each month in the period pertaining to the prepayment.
第一項の規定により前納された保険料については、前納に係る期間の各月の初日が到来したときに、それぞれその月の保険料が納付されたものとみなす。
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding three paragraphs, the procedure for prepaying insurance premiums, contribution refunds, and other necessary matters relating to prepaid insurance premiums are specified by Cabinet Order.
前三項に定めるもののほか、保険料の前納の手続、前納された保険料の還付その他保険料の前納に関して必要な事項は、政令で定める。
