Article 162Special Provisions for Rate of Insurance Premiums Shared by Health Insurance Societies
第百六十二条（健康保険組合の保険料の負担割合の特例）
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, a health insurance society may increase the percentage of the burden of the amount of general insurance premium, etc. or the amount of long-term care insurance premium to be borne by an employer, as prescribed in the society's constitution.
