Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Delegation to Cabinet Order
第五条（政令への委任）
In addition to what are provided for in the preceding two Articles, Cabinet Order prescribes the necessary transitional measures for effectuating this Act.
前二条に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
