第四条（検討）
In the case where five years have elapsed after this Act comes into effect, the Government is to consider the state of enforcement of the New Act, and when it finds it necessary, is to review the provisions of the New Act and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、新法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
