Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
The prohibition of export or import imposed by the Minister of International Trade and Industry pursuant to the provisions of Article 53 of the Former Act before this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a disposition made by the Minister of International Trade and Industry pursuant to the provisions of Article 53, paragraph (2) of the New Act.
この法律の施行前に通商産業大臣が旧法第五十三条の規定によりした輸出又は輸入の禁止は、新法第五十三条第二項の規定により通商産業大臣がした処分とみなす。
