第三条
With regard to an export of goods for which approval has been obtained under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of Article 48, paragraph (1) of the Former Act that requires permission under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of Article 48, paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of the New Act or approval under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, the export of goods is deemed to be one for which permission under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of that Article, or approval under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, respectively, has been obtained.
旧法第四十八条第一項の規定に基づく命令の規定による承認を受けた貨物の輸出であつて、新法第四十八条第一項若しくは同条第二項の規定に基づく命令の規定による許可又は同条第三項の規定に基づく命令の規定による承認を要するものについては、それぞれ、同条第一項若しくは同条第二項の規定に基づく命令の規定による許可又は同条第三項の規定に基づく命令の規定による承認を受けたものとみなす。
