第五十五条の九（対外の貸借及び国際収支に関する統計）
Pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, the Minister of Finance must prepare statistics on foreign borrowing and lending and balance of payments and report them to the Cabinet periodically.
財務大臣は、政令で定めるところにより、対外の貸借及び国際収支に関する統計を作成し、定期的に、内閣に報告しなければならない。
If the Minister of Finance finds it to be necessary to do so in order to prepare the statistics prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the minister may ask the relevant administrative organs and other such persons to submit materials, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order.
財務大臣は、前項に規定する統計を作成するため必要があると認めるときは、政令で定めるところにより、関係行政機関その他の者に対し、資料の提出を求めることができる。
