The provisions of Article 63, paragraph (1) apply mutatis mutandis to the person with parental authority if adjudication standing in place of an agreement as set forth in the proviso to Article 819, paragraph (3) or the proviso to paragraph (4) of the relevant Article of the Civil Code has become final and binding, or a judicial decision changing the person with parental authority has become final and binding; those provisions also apply mutatis mutandis to the person seeking the judicial decision if the judicial decision revoking an adjudication of loss of parental authority, suspension of parental authority, or loss of the right to administer property has become final and binding.
第六十三条第一項の規定は、民法第八百十九条第三項ただし書若しくは第四項ただし書の協議に代わる審判が確定し、又は親権者変更の裁判が確定した場合において親権者に、親権喪失、親権停止又は管理権喪失の審判の取消しの裁判が確定した場合においてその裁判を請求した者について準用する。
