A notifying person may request a certificate of acceptance or non-acceptance of a notification.
届出人は、届出の受理又は不受理の証明書を請求することができる。
A interested person may request to inspect a written notification or any other document that the mayor of a municipality has received, or may request a certificate of the particulars stated in that document, only when there are special reasons for doing so.
利害関係人は、特別の事由がある場合に限り、届書その他市町村長の受理した書類の閲覧を請求し、又はその書類に記載した事項について証明書を請求することができる。
