The Minister of Justice may specify the forms for notifications by type of event.
法務大臣は、事件の種類によつて、届書の様式を定めることができる。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, a notification for each type of event is submitted using the relevant forms; provided, however, that this does not apply if there are any unavoidable grounds for the failure to conform with those forms.
前項の場合には、その事件の届出は、当該様式によつてこれをしなければならない。但し、やむを得ない事由があるときは、この限りでない。
