A person who has no registered domicile must obtain the permission of the family court and submit a notification for the registration of an unregistered person within ten days from the day on which they obtained the permission.
本籍を有しない者は、家庭裁判所の許可を得て、許可の日から十日以内に就籍の届出をしなければならない。
In addition to the particulars listed in Article 13, the date of permission for the registration of an unregistered person must be entered in the written notification.
