If a person obligated to pay files a request indicating that the person wishes to entrust insurance premium payments made by withdrawing cash from the person's deposits or savings to the financial institution with which the person has a deposit or savings account, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may approve the request only if it is found that payments will be reliable and that the approval of the request will be beneficial to the collection of insurance premiums.
厚生労働大臣は、納付義務者から、預金又は貯金の払出しとその払い出した金銭による保険料の納付をその預金口座又は貯金口座のある金融機関に委託して行うことを希望する旨の申出があつた場合には、その納付が確実と認められ、かつ、その申出を承認することが保険料の徴収上有利と認められるときに限り、その申出を承認することができる。
