Article 76

An employees' pension for surviving family is not paid to a person who has intentionally caused the death of an insured or former insured. The same applies with regard to a person who, prior to the death of an insured or former insured, has intentionally caused the death of a person who would have become the beneficiary of an employees' pension for surviving family upon the death of the insured or former insured.

The right to receive benefits from an employees' pension for surviving family ceases to exist if a beneficiary intentionally causes the death of another beneficiary.
