Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions revising Article 76, Article 80, Article 81, Article 86, and Article 100, paragraphs (14) and (15), the provisions adding one paragraph after that paragraph, the provisions revising Article 109, the provisions deleting Article 109-2, the provisions revising Article 110, Article 111, Article 127, paragraph (1), Article 207, and Article 250-2, paragraph (1), the provisions changing Article 252 to Article 251-6 in Part II, Chapter XI, Section 2, Subsection 5 and adding two Articles after that Article, the provisions adding one Article after Article 252-6 in Subsection 1 of Section 3 of that Chapter, the provisions adding one Article after Article 252-7, the provisions revising Article 252-8, Article 252-17-4, Article 255-5, and Article 286, the provisions adding one Article after that Article, the provisions revising Article 287 and Article 287-3, the provisions changing that Article to Article 287-4, changing Article 287-2 to Article 287-3, and adding one Article after Article 287, the provisions revising Articles 288 through 290, Article 291, paragraph (1), Article 291-2, paragraph (4), Article 291-4, paragraph (4), Article 291-6, Article 291-8, paragraph (2), Article 291-13, and Article 298, paragraph (1), and the provisions revising the row for the Act on the Organization and Operation of Local Educational Administration (Act No. 162 of 1956) in Appended Table 1, and the provisions of Article 3, Article 6, Article 8, and Articles 10 through 14 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions revising Article 14, paragraph (4), item (ii) of the Act on Special Provisions for the Merger of Municipalities (Act No. 59 of 2004) in Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions, come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第七十六条、第八十条、第八十一条、第八十六条、第百条第十四項及び第十五項の改正規定、同項の次に一項を加える改正規定、第百九条の改正規定、第百九条の二を削る改正規定、第百十条、第百十一条、第百二十七条第一項、第二百七条及び第二百五十条の二第一項の改正規定、第二編第十一章第二節第五款中第二百五十二条を第二百五十一条の六とし、同条の次に二条を加える改正規定、同章第三節第一款中第二百五十二条の六の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二百五十二条の七の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二百五十二条の八、第二百五十二条の十七の四、第二百五十五条の五及び第二百八十六条の改正規定、同条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二百八十七条及び第二百八十七条の三の改正規定、同条を第二百八十七条の四とし、第二百八十七条の二を第二百八十七条の三とし、第二百八十七条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二百八十八条から第二百九十条まで、第二百九十一条第一項、第二百九十一条の二第四項、第二百九十一条の四第四項、第二百九十一条の六、第二百九十一条の八第二項、第二百九十一条の十三及び第二百九十八条第一項の改正規定並びに別表第一地方教育行政の組織及び運営に関する法律（昭和三十一年法律第百六十二号）の項の改正規定並びに附則第三条、第六条、第八条及び第十条から第十四条までの規定、附則第十五条中市町村の合併の特例に関する法律（平成十六年法律第五十九号）第十四条第四項第二号の改正規定並びに附則第十六条の規定は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
